What to Expect
How does a virtual consultation work?
You book online, complete an intake form, and submit photos of your skin. We then meet via video call where Amanda analyses your skin, discusses your concerns, and builds your personalised plan.
What do I need for my appointment?
A device with a camera, good natural lighting, and a clean, makeup-free face. Amanda will guide you through the rest.
Do I need to purchase specific products?
No. Amanda provides recommendations across a range of budgets and will always suggest accessible alternatives. You are never required to purchase anything.
Can I book if I have a skin condition?
Yes. Amanda works with a wide range of skin concerns including acne, rosacea, eczema, hyperpigmentation, and sensitive skin. Please note any medical conditions in your intake form.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
